Randall was not only her boss, but also a mentor and close friend who believed deeply in providing outstanding service and quality window coverings.&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;In August of 2025, Kayla experienced the heartbreaking loss of Randall when he unexpectedly passed away. During this difficult time for the family and the business, Kayla stepped forward to help keep the company moving forward, determined that the dream he built would continue to serve the community.&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;After his passing, Kayla stepped into a larger role and developed her expertise as a design consultant, providing personalized in\u2011home consultations. She works closely with homeowners to select the perfect blinds, shades, shutters, and custom window treatments while guiding each project from idea to installation.&lt;br \/&gt;&lt;br \/&gt;In December of 2025, Kayla officially became the owner of Bumble Bee Blinds of Waco and Temple.
