Azeem’s journey to his current role as a business owner started at the University of Arkansas, where he got his Master’s Degree in Computer Science. After graduating, he spent six years in Dallas, TX, but then decided to pack his bags and move to Indy to pursue his career in the IT industry.

Little did he know that Indy would be where he would start his family, create lifelong friendships, and 21 years later start his own business. He ended his fruitful 24-year IT career as the Vice President of Salesforce. This role provided him with the leadership and management skills necessary for this new path in his professional life.

He enjoys traveling, eating Mediterranean food, making memories with his family, and playing squash. Participating in the tri-state squash tournament between Indy, Louisville, and Cincinnati is now his annual tradition. At heart, Azeem is a big sports enthusiast and a Colts and Pacers fan.

He is happily married to his wife, Arjumand, and they have three children, Zain, Zara, and Humza. All three of his children were born in Hamilton County, and he is thrilled his family gets to call this beautiful community their home. What he appreciates the most about being a member of this community for 21 years is that it embodies the Hoosier values of Family, Charity, Community, Justice, and Creativity, to name a few.

Being a part of the Hamilton County community for more than two decades inspired him to complete his transition to a business owner and serve his community to the best of his abilities.

Dena was born and raised in the Indianapolis area and has a passion for helping others. She previously taught Health Sciences at Ball State University but has since channeled her love for design into transforming home interiors. As part of the Bumble Bee Blinds team, she enjoys guiding customers in selecting the perfect window treatments to enhance their space, ensuring both style and functionality. When she’s not helping clients bring their vision to life, Dena loves spending time outdoors, embracing nature, and finding inspiration for beautiful, welcoming home designs.

Rifid has called the Indianapolis area home for over a decade. A dedicated family man, he has been happily married to his wife for more than 15 years, and together they have two sons and a daughter. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Rifid takes immense pride in his craft. He finds joy in bringing his customers’ visions to life, ensuring each window treatment installation is completed with precision and care. For Rifid, the best part of his job is seeing the satisfaction and smiles on his customers’ faces when their space is beautifully transformed.
