Update:
Bumblebee Blinds responded and came to remedy all the issues I was having with my blinds. They were able to promptly fix the ones that were broken and made sure that everything else is working well. I am updating my review to reflect the work that has been done.

My roller shades were installed June 2026 during which time I noticed that 2 of them were defective. One shade won't open at all and the other one has a defect on one side that makes it very difficult to open and close. I was told the day of installation that the blinds would be reordered. It is now Oct 2026 and nothing. My initial installer has left the company and my consultation person has stopped responding. I am very frustrated with this company, the quality of it's products, and it's complete lack of communication both within the company and to its customers.

We had customize motorized blinds made for our home and then decided to even add more windows with the same blinds throughout the house and they look beautiful. We had a couple that needed to be adjusted so they could be charged more easily and they came right out and fixed them on the spot.

My experience working with Bumble Bee Blinds was great. From the time they came out for the measurement to installation, their staff were all very professional and friendly. I had some questions when the installation crew came out, they patiently explained and addressed all my concerns before starting the work. Never once they tried to rush me. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Bumble Bee Blinds of Northeast Indianapolis from beginning to end. Dena, our design consultant, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She helped us choose the right Color for the Roman Shades and Drapes without ever making us feel pressured.

Scheduling was easy, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We always knew what was happening and when to expect the next step. The installation team was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. They were careful in our home, made sure everything was installed properly, and cleaned up when they were finished.

We are very happy with the final result and especially appreciate how easy and enjoyable the entire process was. Dena and the whole Bumble Bee Blinds team did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality window treatments and great customer service!
