From start to finish these are consummate professionals. We chose our window treatments nearing the end of our new build and the salesperson was great. We knew what we wanted and he didn’t try to oversell. He kept in touch every step of the process and hung temporary shades for us until final install. We could not be happier!  Luis came out to our home and gave us an education on window coverings...seriously...shutters in particular, since that is what we really wanted.  In a very relaxed way without any pressure, he illustrated and explained the pros and cons of several types of shutters and mounting options that we never considered.   We're so glad we placed the order.  When the shutters came in, Collin and Paul came out to do the installation.  We could not be more pleased with the work that they did.  First of all, they are the kind of people who anyone would be pleased to have working in their home.  They are friendly, professional, careful, and extremely competent. I highly, highly recommend Bumble Bee Blinds of the Lowcountry. They are a local company, and the owner, Luis, is truly a gem. He is patient, kind, honest, and so easy to work with. We went about 8 months without window treatments because I was having such a hard time deciding and did not feel fully comfortable moving forward after meeting with a few other companies. I never felt like we were getting the level of guidance we needed, especially when it came to figuring out the best options, materials, and colors for our home. The process felt more sales focused elsewhere, and I wanted someone who would actually help us make the right decision. After meeting Luis at their showroom, I immediately felt like we were in good hands. He took his time with us, came to our home himself, never made us feel pressured, and helped us think through everything in a thoughtful and practical way. He also worked with us to keep the project within our budget, which we really appreciated. Honestly, he made the whole process feel so much less stressful. I truly felt like he cared, had our best interests in mind, and wanted us to be happy with the final result. We love the choices he helped us make!   Paul and Colin were our installers, and both were a credit to the business.  Quick, very personable, and did a perfect install job. I am not someone who enjoys making changes to my home because it usually feels stressful and overwhelming, but everyone at Bumble Bee Blinds made the entire process incredibly easy and comfortable. The saleswoman who came to our home was absolutely wonderful — kind, respectful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She never rushed us into making decisions and took the time to thoroughly explain all of the different products and options. I never felt like I was guessing or being pressured. She truly listened to what we wanted, helped us stay within our budget, and made sure we were getting the best value possible. After researching around, I genuinely do not think we could have found a better deal anywhere else. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Installation day is usually the part that stresses me out the most, but the man who came out made it such a smooth experience. He was professional, kind, and treated our home with care and respect. He worked efficiently without making us feel rushed and took the time afterward to make sure we understood how everything worked and that we were completely happy with the final result. He also cleaned up everything before he left and made sure our home was left in perfect condition, which we truly appreciated.
