Kelsey Disharoon brings a strong foundation in business operations and leadership from her years in corporate America. She began her career as a mechanical engineer before transitioning into operations and consulting, where she led teams and helped organizations scale effectively.

After years of building successful systems for others, Kelsey decided to apply her experience to something closer to home — small business ownership. Bumble Bee Blinds stood out as the perfect opportunity to combine her love of design, leadership, and community.

Today, she leads a dedicated local team focused on helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces they love. Kelsey lives in East Cobb with her husband Matt, their two children, dog Baker, and cats Ben & Jerry. She enjoys connecting personally with her customers — often joining them on-site for consultations and installations to make sure every detail shines.
