Great service, and affordable. We had a great experience with the owner, John Watts. He was professional and responded to all our questions and concerns. Compared to other companies locally, John is very reasonable when it comes to cost. We had a few companies give estimates on blinds throughout our home. John’s estimate was by far the best. From the moment we met Tricia, we knew we met someone we could trust with our window treatment design. She was thorough and offered helpful suggestions for our home; not trying to upsell us like other providers. The timely quote Tricia provided was reasonable. Upon acceptance, we got to meet Ollie to handle the precise window measurements. He would later come to do the installation. He is quite diligent on his work and is quite knowledgeable from his experience. From signed contract to installation was less than a month, but we ordered during the holidays so delays were expected. We are very happy with the product and recommend Bumblebee to all seeking new window treatments.
