After relocating to the San Antonio area, I began searching for window treatments and contacted several companies. I hadn’t heard of Bumble Bee Blinds before, but their positive reviews encouraged me to reach out. Kerri gave me a call, and from the very first conversation, I was completely at ease. Meeting her in person only reinforced that feeling—she has such a friendly, bubbly personality, balanced with professionalism and what felt like a genuine desire to help me, not just push a sale. I'm a single guy so a woman's help was also much appreciated.

Throughout the entire process, Kerri kept me informed every step of the way, which was one less thing to worry about during the hectic move-in/settle-in period. I had 20 Norman smart shades installed, and aside from one Wi-Fi hiccup and a slight dye pattern variation (from an additional order placed later), everything went smoothly. I was also most impressed with how promptly she responded—never days, but minutes.

The installer, Ian, was just as wonderful to work with. Friendly, efficient, and professional—he made the installation process a breeze.
