I would highly recommend Bumble bee blinds. James was super helpful and informative throughout the whole process, from the design/selection to delivery and installation. He actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me make the best selection. He even came back so that I could take a second look at the shades I had selected because I had some decision anxiety. I met with and received a quote from a ‘big’ company that was almost twice as much. Additionally, the sales person for the other company was rude and told me that what I wanted didn’t make sense. The blinds were ready for install in 3 weeks not 6-12 weeks like the big company. Thomas was friendly and efficient with the install. Very happy with the whole experience. After a terrible experience trying to buy blinds from a franchise I had used before (that’s a story for another review!!!!), I called nearly every company I could find that offered panel track blinds. Most didn’t carry them, and the few that did required so many compromises they just weren’t what my wife and I wanted. We had panel track blinds in our previous home and loved them, so we knew exactly what we were looking for. After almost giving up and settling for roller shades, I did one last deep search using ChatGPT with some very specific prompts. That’s when Bumble Bee Blinds appeared. Oddly, they hadn’t shown up in any of my Google searches. I called with cautious optimism. The phone was answered by an AI assistant, and I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much. After experiencing it myself, I can honestly say it was one of the best AI customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Then came the biggest surprise. The quote was significantly lower than every other company we’d contacted, even though they were quoting products that required us to compromise on features and design. Assuming installation would cost extra, I asked what the charge would be. James smiled and said, “It’s already included.” The quote included the custom panel track blinds, professional installation, and removal of our existing window treatment. We placed the order immediately. That same day I received email confirmations to review every detail of the order. Less than three weeks later, I received a text that our blinds had arrived. Scheduling was easy, and the day before installation Thomas personally called to confirm the appointment. Thomas arrived exactly on time, was friendly, professional, and efficient, and before long our beautiful new panel track blinds were installed perfectly. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. It’s always rewarding to support a local independent business, especially one that truly goes above and beyond. In the Denver metro area, too many companies promise great service but fail to deliver.
