Our Murfreesboro Team

Kyle was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and has lived in Murfreesboro for the past 16 years.  He attended the University of Tennessee and has worked as a finance professional for large accounting firms for the past 20+ years.

Kyle loves spending time with his family and friends.  He and wife Jill enjoy watching their 2 daughters, ages 14 and 12, participate in school sports including Cheer, Competition Cheer, Basketball and Volleyball.  He also enjoys traveling and many outdoor activities including hiking, snow skiing, golf and working in the yard.

Charity Pearson was born in Xenia, Ohio, but as a young child moved to East Tennessee. She attended Tusculum College where she was a dual scholarship sports athlete, playing both basketball & softball and graduated with a Business Degree. 

After marriage, she moved to Middle Tennessee and has lived there 17 years. A passion for design, details and a hands on approach, have helped to guide her career path. She worked many years in the commercial/residential window & door industry, and now as a Design Consultant for Bumble Bee Blind.  Charity’s hobbies include seamstress work and spending time with her family.
