I’m Pam, and I’ve been working in the custom window treatment business for over 10 years. My career is a blend of creativity and dedication; I take pride in crafting designs that not only enhance spaces but also reflect each client’s unique style.  My approach as a consultant helps my clients get educated on the different products and options before making a decision.

When I’m not immersed in the world of design, you’ll find me in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and preparing delicious meals for my family.  I love to bake, make candy and recently found a love for hand knitting chunky blankets.  Sundays are a special highlight for me; I love spending the day cheering on my football team and enjoying quality time with my loved ones.

Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m grateful for the balance I’ve found between my professional life and personal passions. My creativity and work ethic, combined with my love for cooking and family time, keep me motivated and energized, making every day both fulfilling and vibrant.

Hi there! I’m Tiffany, originally from sunny Southern California and now happily settled in the vibrant North Texas. My greatest joy comes from my wonderful son, who never fails to light up my world with his laughter and curiosity. When I’m not out nurturing my garden or getting lost in the pages of a great book, you’ll find me channeling my creativity into my work.

In my role in Operations Support at Bumble Bee Blinds, I blend my love for creativity with a keen eye for practical solutions. I’m passionate about staying on top of the latest trends in window treatments, and I take pride in transforming living spaces with both style and functionality. My goal is to ensure smooth and efficient operations, from managing orders to supporting our team, so we can deliver exceptional results for our clients.
