Susan and Darilyn came to the house, took measurements, and showed us samples. The appointment was long but I was able to decided on blinds for 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Family Room, and Bathroom. Susan was able to show me different things and was very helpful throughout the process of deciding the best blinds for each room. Installation happened about 4 weeks after ordering. Darilyn showed up to make sure everything was to our liking during the installation.
