Jennie Quinn is a Milwaukee native with a lifelong passion for design, style, and creativity. With a degree in Graphic Design from UW–Madison and over 25 years of experience as a designer and art director, Jennie brings a trained eye and thoughtful approach to every project. She believes great design starts with understanding people’s needs—and that even the smallest details can make a space feel just right. In addition to her work with the family business, Jennie teaches Communication Design at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, where she loves helping students grow their creative skills. Whether she’s designing a room, curating a look, or building a brand, Jennie has a knack for making things beautiful and functional. (And yes—she always has the perfect playlist.)

Brian Quinn brings over 20 years of leadership and engineering experience to Bumble Bee Blinds. With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA, Brian has spent his career helping teams solve problems, improve operations, and deliver high-quality results. After years of leading large teams and complex projects in the manufacturing world, he now brings that same focus and dedication to our family-owned business. Whether it’s streamlining how we work behind the scenes or making sure every customer gets the best possible service, Brian is passionate about quality, integrity, and creating a great experience for every homeowner we work with.

Daren Thomas is a skilled design consultant and problem solver with a background in kitchen, bath, and whole-home design, bringing his creativity and technical expertise to every window treatment project. With a degree in Interior Design and experience using tools like AutoCAD and Revit, Daren specializes in turning ideas into beautifully functional spaces. His warm, approachable style and eye for detail help clients feel confident and inspired as they transform their homes—one window at a time.
