After retiring from a 35-year career as an executive for a global manufacturing company, Matt quickly realized that retirement wasn’t for him. Around the same time, his son Michael discovered that his career in real estate wasn’t aligning with his aspirations. Together, they decided to embark on a new venture and, after an extensive search, found Bumble Bee Blinds.

Initially, the window treatment business wasn’t on their radar. However, as they learned more about the industry and the opportunity to help home and business owners transform their spaces, they were inspired to take the leap.

The Wigle family is deeply committed to their business and community. Matt’s wife of over 35 years, Jean (affectionately known as "Queen Bee"), supports their efforts alongside their daughter Ali, who is pursuing a degree in Product Design at the University of Oregon.

Together, Matt and Michael are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions through Bumble Bee Blinds.

Matt Wigle

Serving as President, Matt brings a wealth of experience with an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. His extensive background in leading businesses and building high-performing teams provides strong leadership for Bumble Bee Blinds.

Michael Wigle

As Vice President of Marketing, Michael leverages his degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from UTSA along with his lifelong passion for residential real estate. His deep understanding of the Greater San Antonio area positions him perfectly to lead marketing efforts and connect with local customers.

With a keen eye for design and a passion for transforming spaces, Kerri is a seasoned Window Covering Design Consultant who specializes in creating bespoke solutions that enhance both function and aesthetics. 

Drawing on years of experience in the industry, Kerri combines a deep understanding of fabric, style and architecture to deliver personalized recommendations that reflect each client's unique vision. Whether it’s crafting elegant draperies, selecting the perfect shades, or designing custom treatments, Kerri is dedicated to providing exceptional service and unparalleled expertise.  By staying ahead of the latest trends and technological advancements, Kerri ensures that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. 

When Kerri isn’t busy designing beautiful window treatments, you can often find her watching sports, cooking and spending time with family.

Saul R. Sloan is a design consultant specializing in custom window treatments with Bumble Bee Blinds of San Antonio & Hill Country. He has a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

His expertise lies in creating functional, stylish, and innovative design solutions tailored to clients' needs.  Saul's focus is on enhancing spaces with high-quality window coverings that balance beauty, privacy, and efficiency.  He is committed to helping clients transform their spaces into comfortable and inviting environments.

Outside of work, Saul values family time, enjoying outdoor activities and creating lasting memories with his loved ones. 

As the Lead Installer at Bumble Bee Blinds of San Antonio and Hill Country, Ian brings extensive expertise in home improvement and interior design. With years of experience ranging from window treatment installation to custom cabinet making and epoxy countertops and flooring, Ian strives to deliver high-quality craftsmanship that transforms spaces. Customer satisfaction is always the goal, and Ian strives to consistently exceed expectations on every project.

Outside of work, Ian is passionate about community involvement. Ian volunteers as the Technical Director for the Youth program at a local community theater, helping young performers bring their creative visions to life.

Whether designing a dream kitchen or crafting a stunning stage set, Ian thrives on working with my hands and turning ideas into reality.
