The customer service you get from Bumble Bee is top notch! Kerri was very informative on all my options for our blinds.  They are flexible on working with your spaces when you are ready.  Now that I have a few installed I'm excited to install the next set when we are financially ready.  The installer was professional and courteous throughout.  He kept me updated on what he was doing. You will adore Kerri from the moment you meet her. She brought tons of samples, knowledge and expertise to help us in deciding what would work best for our situation. She measured the space and was able to give us an estimate very quickly! We were very pleased with the pricing and had multiple options of paying. In a short time, Ian coordinated the custom blinds to be installed. Finn arrived early, was very courteous of our home and had the blinds up so quickly we couldn't believe it! Every single person we had contact with was friendly, helpful, and professional! The blinds themselves not only look absolutely amazing; they are constructed of great material and are exceedingly above what we were expecting. The blinds in our house were just tired (and many were broken). We hadn't really pushed to get new blinds because we didn't think it would be worth the cost.
