"I recently called Bumble Bee blinds to give me a quote on retractable shades for my patio. I recently replaced my windows and decided to add in a few extra windows for the quote. Jesse showed up, on time, and was AMAZING! he gave me a no pressure sales pitch, efficiently measured and explained their products, and patiently repeated everything then answered my parents’ micromanaging questions with grace, when they showed up halfway through. The price was comparable to the other quotes I’ve gotten, but the service and responsiveness has been better. I went ahead and ordered. install hasn’t happened yet, but so far the experience has been pressure free and seamless. Highly recommend."
