At Bumble Bee Blinds of Houston Heights, we believe that thoughtful spaces support thriving communities. This spring, we were honored to partner with Helms Elementary, the Houston Heights Association, and Gals Who Give on a meaningful project that brought custom, energy-efficient window treatments to local classrooms.
Our goal was simple: help improve the daily environment for teachers and students with smart, lasting solutions. The new shades reduce glare, block heat, and create a more focused, comfortable space for learning—all while elevating the look and feel of the rooms.
“What a phenomenal project!!! Thank you, Rahul and Bumble Bee Blinds, for being so passionate about our community and working so hard to improve these spaces.”
— Emily Guyre, Executive Director, Houston Heights Association
This collaboration is about more than window treatments. It’s about what happens when local businesses, nonprofits, and schools come together to make everyday spaces better—because bright minds deserve better light.
We’re especially grateful to Emily and the team at the Houston Heights Association, Hannah White and the supporters behind Gals Who Give, and the dedicated educators at Helms Elementary for welcoming us into their space. We don’t just serve the Houston Heights community—we’re part of it.
Keep an eye on our social media channels for more highlights, and if you're a local business or homeowner looking for custom window solutions, we’re here to help—without the pressure, just the passion.
